U.S. Department of Transportation Announces Finding of No Significant Impact for America's Marine Highway Program

The U.S. Department of Transportation has made available a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the America's Marine Highway Program, a transportation initiative aimed at reducing congestion on land and optimizing the movement of goods and passengers through the waterway network.
