National Institutes of Health to Grant License for A3 Adenosine Receptor Agonists for Chronic Neuropathic Pain Treatment
The National Institutes of Health is considering granting a Start-Up Exclusive Evaluation Option License Agreement to BioIntervene, Inc. for the use of A3 Adenosine Receptor agonists as an orally-administered analgesic for treating chronic neuropathic pain. The proposed license covers five patent applications and patents, including U.S. Patent 8,735,407, filed by BioIntervene, Inc. in 2008.
