EPA Approves Indiana's Revised Open Burning Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Indiana's revised open burning rule, which updates the state's implementation plan to align with federal regulations, effective November 14, 2011, for attainment counties, while leaving nonattainment areas unaffected.
