EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Particulate Matter Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District (AVAQMD) and South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate particulate matter (PM) emissions from fugitive dust and abrasive blasting under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
