EPA Withdraws Air Quality Rule in Illinois Due to Adverse Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn a direct final rule approving a revision to the Illinois State Implementation Plan, which aimed to phase out the Stage II Vapor Recovery program, following receipt of an adverse comment.
