EPA Authorizes Access to Confidential Business Information by Consultants to T.A. Consulting, Inc.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted access to confidential business information to consultants Warren Muir and John Young of T.A. Consulting, Inc., a Virginia-based company, under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The EPA has authorized these consultants to review information submitted to the agency, which may include confidential business information (CBI).
