NOAA Proposes Changes to National Marine Sanctuary Overflight Regulations

NOAA is proposing amendments to the regulations of four national marine sanctuaries, including the Channel Islands, Monterey Bay, Gulf of the Farallones, and Olympic Coast, to limit motorized aircraft overflights and prevent disturbance of marine mammals and seabirds.
