DoD Issues Final Rule on Forward Pricing Rate Proposals for Defense Contractors

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to provide guidance to contractors on submitting forward pricing rate proposals, as part of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) amendments.
