DoD Issues Final Rule on State Sponsors of Terrorism Clarification

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to clarify and relocate text related to state sponsors of terrorism, as identified by the Department of State, and to conform the terminology.
