EPA Proposes Approval of Texas Air Quality Plan, Repeals Lead Emission Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Texas, which repeals lead emission rules for stationary sources in El Paso and Dallas counties that have ceased operation.
