EPA Extends Comment Period for Phosphoric Acid Manufacturing and Phosphate Fertilizer Production Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the deadline for written comments on proposed amendments to national emission standards for Phosphoric Acid Manufacturing and Phosphate Fertilizer Production source categories until January 21, 2015, in response to requests from industry groups and facilities. The EPA received requests for an extension to allow more time to review the proposed rule and associated emissions data, risk assessment, and technology review.
