FMCSA Grants Exemptions to 9 Individuals with Epilepsy for Interstate Commercial Motor Vehicle Driving

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to 9 individuals with epilepsy to operate interstate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) for a 2-year period, citing a level of safety equivalent to or greater than the current regulation.
