EPA Proposes Revisions to California Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Feather River Air Quality Management District (FRAQMD), which aims to regulate emissions from wood heating devices and open burning.
