Postal Service Board Adopts Resolutions on Exercise of Powers During Quorum Loss

The Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service has adopted resolutions clarifying the exercise of powers during a quorum loss, allowing the Temporary Emergency Committee to step in and the Governors to maintain their authority.
