FHA Adopts New Financial Reporting Rule for Section 232 Healthcare Facilities

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has adopted an interim rule to align financial reports for operators of healthcare facilities under the Section 232 program with HUD's Uniform Financial Reporting Standards, effective immediately.
