Federal Election Commission Disposes of Petition for Rulemaking

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) has decided not to initiate a rulemaking to revise the definition of 'federal office' to include delegates to a constitutional convention, following a petition filed by National Convention PBC on August 28, 2014.
