EPA Amends Exemption for Tobacco Herbicide Residue
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has amended a temporary exemption for Tobacco mild green mosaic tobamovirus strain U2 residues in crops, eliminating the need for a maximum permissible level under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
