EPA Proposes Approval of Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plan for Reading Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Pennsylvania's request to redesignate the Reading area to meet the 1997 annual fine particulate matter standard, and to approve a maintenance plan to ensure continued compliance through 2025.
