FAA Announces Availability of Proposed Advisory Circulars for Comments

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comments on proposed revisions to three Advisory Circulars (ACs), which were outlined in a February 2014 notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM). The FAA will accept comments on the ACs, but not on the underlying regulatory changes.
