FMCSA Seeks Approval to Revise Hours of Service Regulations for Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is requesting public comment on a revised Information Collection Request (ICR) for the Hours of Service (HOS) of Drivers Regulations, which aims to update the estimated number of commercial motor vehicle drivers subject to recordkeeping requirements and address a public comment received.
