FAA Requests Comments on Renewal of Flightcrew Duty and Rest Requirements Information Collection

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comments on its intention to renew an information collection related to flightcrew member duty and rest requirements, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The FAA requires reporting and recordkeeping for certificated air carriers that exceed daily flight time limits or maximum daily Flight Duty Periods, as well as for the development and implementation of Fatigue Risk Management Systems (FRMS) and fatigue training.
