FMCSA Suspends Enforcement of Certain Hours of Service Rules

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has temporarily suspended the enforcement of certain sections of its Hours of Service (HOS) rules, effective immediately, due to the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015, enacted on December 16, 2014.
