New IFR Proposes Standards to Prevent Sexual Abuse of Unaccompanied Children
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has released a new Interim Final Rule (IFR) outlining standards and procedures to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and sexual harassment involving unaccompanied children in care provider facilities.
