EPA Submits Request for Review and Approval of Underground Injection Control Program

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of its Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program, which is set to expire on December 31, 2014. The EPA is seeking public comments on the proposed revision, with a 90-day comment period now open.
