FAA Corrects Final Rule on Air Traffic Control Tower Operator Certificates

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is correcting a final rule published in 2014, which incorrectly eliminated the requirement for air traffic control tower operators to hold a control tower operator certificate. The FAA is revising the rule to correct an error made in the part heading for 14 CFR part 65.
