CAFTA-DR Agreement: Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements Determines 100% Polyester Fabric Availability

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements has determined that a specific type of 100% polyester composite laminated fabric is not readily available in commercial quantities in the CAFTA-DR countries, prompting its addition to the list in Annex 3.25 of the agreement.
