New Postal Product

The Commission is noticing a recent Postal Service filing concerning the addition of Priority Mail Contract 105 to the competitive product list. This notice informs the public of the filing, invites public comment, and takes other administrative steps. The Commission has issued an Errata to the Notice, correcting the comment due date to December 31, 2014. That change is reflected in this document.
