Medicare Program; Evaluation Criteria and Standards for Beneficiary and Family Centered Care Quality Improvement Organization Contract

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced the evaluation criteria for Beneficiary and Family Centered Care (BFCC) Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) that entered into contracts under the 11th Statement of Work, which began in August 2014, following a transition period from incumbent to successor QIOs.
