U.S. Government to Grant Exclusive License for Medical Information Patents to Vista Partners

The U.S. government has announced its intention to grant an exclusive, royalty-bearing license to Vista Partners, LLC for certain medical information patents, including U.S. Patents 7,899,687, 8,510,129, and 8,682,692, and their foreign counterparts derived from a 2003 patent application.
