EPA Proposes Approval of Texas Air Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Texas New Source Review State Implementation Plan, which will convert the approved conditional Flexible Permit Program to a fully approved program, ensuring compliance with the Federal Clean Air Act.
