USAID Proposes New Clause to Prohibit Discrimination Against Beneficiaries of USAID-Funded Supplies or Services

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is proposing to add a new clause to its Acquisition Regulation to prohibit discrimination against beneficiaries of USAID-funded supplies or services, in line with the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
