U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Cyber Security Information Collection for Byproduct Materials Licensees

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting public comment on the collection of information related to the assessment of cyber security for byproduct materials licensees. The NRC is seeking feedback on the proposed information collection, which would impact approximately 720 individuals and organizations involved in handling Category 1 and 2 radioactive materials.
