NRC Issues Draft Guidance for Compliance with Phase 2 of Order EA-13-109

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its draft interim staff guidance for nuclear power reactor licensees to comply with Phase 2 of Order EA-13-109, which requires either a vent path from the containment drywell or a reliable containment heat removal and pressure control strategy.
