U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Extends Comment Period for Radiation Protection Rulemaking

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on proposed changes to its radiation protection regulations, which aim to align with the International Commission on Radiological Protection's recommendations, and has extended the comment period for its advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) until a later date.
