NRC Confirms Effective Date for Direct Final Rule on Spent Fuel Storage Regulations

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has confirmed the effective date of April 14, 2015, for a direct final rule that amended the NRC's spent fuel storage regulations, adding the NAC International MAGNASTOR System to the list of approved casks.
