U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Imposes $3,500 Civil Penalty on ATC Group Services, Inc.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an order imposing a $3,500 civil monetary penalty on ATC Group Services, Inc. for failing to control a portable gauge, following a review of the company's response to a Severity Level III Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty issued in November 2014.
