US Nuclear Regulatory Commission Grants Exemption to Southern Nuclear Operating Company for Vogtle Electric Generating Station
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to Southern Nuclear Operating Company to deviate from the certification information of the Vogtle Electric Generating Station's Tier 1 design control document, allowing for changes to the plant's Combined Licenses.
