NRC Proposes Amendment to Spent Fuel Storage Regulations for MAGNASTOR System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is proposing to update its regulations for storing spent nuclear fuel by revising the list of approved casks, including the MAGNASTOR System, to include changes made in Amendment No. 5 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1031, which affect the Technical Specifications for the system.
