U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Invites Public Comment on Disposal of High-Level Radioactive Wastes in Geologic Repositories

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for a collection of information related to the disposal of high-level radioactive waste in geologic repositories. States and Indian tribes must submit specific information to the NRC if they wish to participate in the review of a potential repository site or license application.
