U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Confirms Agreements with GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued a confirmatory order to GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC, confirming agreements reached on March 4, 2015, regarding security measures and material control and accounting procedures for the SNM-960 license.
