BIS Updates Export Administration Regulations Legal Authority Citations

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has updated the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) legal authority citations for the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to reflect changes made in the President's Notice of November 4, 2010, and to update the authority citation for one executive order to reflect its compilation into title 3 of the CFR, in order to keep the CFR's legal authority citations current.
