NRC Reviews Petition for Rulemaking on In-Core Monitoring Devices for Nuclear Power Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is reviewing a petition for rulemaking submitted by Mr. Mark Edward Leyse, requesting that nuclear power plant licensees use in-core monitoring devices at different elevations and radial positions throughout the reactor core.
