Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. Withdraws Application for Indian Point Nuclear Generating, Unit No. 3

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has approved Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.'s request to withdraw its 2012 application for a proposed amendment to the Facility Operating License No. DPR-64 at Indian Point Nuclear Generating, Unit No. 3, which aimed to modify the emergency diesel generator fuel oil storage tank requirements and relocate specific numerical values to the Technical Specification Bases.
