U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Imposes $7,000 Civil Penalty on Bradley D. Bastow, D.O.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an Imposition Order to Bradley D. Bastow, D.O., requiring him to pay a $7,000 civil penalty for failing to comply with a Confirmatory Order issued in September 2013, following a Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty issued on November 6, 2014.
