Duke Energy Carolinas LLC Exempt from Leak Rate Limitation at Oconee Nuclear Station
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted an exemption to Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, allowing the company to exceed a leak rate limitation at the Oconee Nuclear Station's Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation, following a request submitted in 2014.
