U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Energy Northwest Reach Settlement Agreement for Columbia Generating Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Energy Northwest have reached a settlement agreement following mediation as part of the NRC's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program, which will be reflected in a confirmatory order for the Columbia Generating Station.
