U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Renewal of Information Collection for Exemptions and Continued Regulatory Authority

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal of an existing information collection related to exemptions and continued regulatory authority in Agreement States and offshore waters under Section 274 of the U.S. nuclear regulations.
