Dominion Virginia Power Exempt from Annual Safety Report Update

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted an exemption to Dominion Virginia Power, allowing the company to avoid submitting an annual update of its Final Safety Analysis Report for the North Anna, Unit 3 nuclear power plant, due to its completion of a seismic closure plan by the scheduled deadline.
