Exelon Generation Company, LLC to Amend License for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued an environmental assessment and found no significant impact, allowing Exelon to amend its license to permit security personnel at the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station in New York to use certain firearms and ammunition, despite state and federal laws prohibiting such actions.
