U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Grants Exemption to Bell Bend, LLC for FSAR Updates

The NRC has approved Bell Bend, LLC's request for an exemption from FSAR updates in their combined license application, with the condition that the updates must be submitted prior to or by December 31, 2016.
